Our Foundation
Rooted in traditional Indigenous methodologies, our work is values-driven, reciprocal, and grounded in community.
C.O.R.E. Collective’s work is grounded in our Intentional Inclusion™ framework, a proactive model designed with the unique human experience in mind to foster inclusive environments and drive positive social change. This framework combines anthropological and ethnographic insights with I/O psychology frameworks, storytelling, and change management practices to support sustainable, equity-centered transformation.
Our neuroscience-informed approach reflects a deep understanding of the holistic yet individualized human experience, enabling clarity on how people learn, adapt and process trust, belonging, and change, effectively allowing us to support transformation in ways that are human-centered, relational, and responsive to individual and cultural lived experience.
-
We emphasize active engagement rather than passive acceptance, helping partners identify and address barriers, strengthen participation, and create environments where people feel valued, respected, and fully integrated.
-
Anthropological insights and ethnographic methodologies enable better understanding of lived experience, cultural context, and the human dynamics that shape communities and organizations. This perspective helps us approach social impact and equity work with greater depth, empathy, and responsiveness.
-
We integrate I/O psychology frameworks, neuroscience-informed understanding, and change management practices to support learning, implementation, and organizational growth with clarity, empathy, and intention. This helps shed light on the broad human experience across contexts, informing work that is responsive to both individual and collective realities.
-
We use storytelling as a change agent, pair qualitative and quantitative insight through continuous evaluation, and prioritize inclusive design methods that support sustainable change over time. This helps ensure our work remains adaptive, accountable, and rooted in real contexts.
-
Subject matter expertise for conferences, panels, keynotes, webinars, and customized engagements designed in partnership with your audience and goals in mind.
-
We strengthen the ability of individuals, teams, and leaders to navigate diverse cultural contexts with greater awareness, empathy, and effectiveness. By supporting stronger relationships and more inclusive practices, we help individuals, communities and organizations build change that is both meaningful and lasting.

Our Story
C.O.R.E. Collective grew from a commitment to strengthen relationships, deepen cultural understanding, and create more collaborative, equitable opportunities across the communities we call home.
What began as a community action project rooted in awareness, consensus-building, and resource sharing evolved into a broader vision for collective impact.
Through collaboration, education, and community engagement alongside local organizations and institutions, that vision became C.O.R.E. Collective. Today, that foundation continues to shape how we build bridges, respond to inequities, and create opportunities for accessible support and sustainable change.
