C.O.R.E. Collective’s work is grounded in our Intentional Inclusion™ framework, a proactive model built around the complexity of human experience. It draws on anthropological, ethnographic, and psychology-informed practices to support sustainable transformation.
Our approach draws on the neuroscience of storytelling to understand holistic yet individualized contexts. This brings clarity to how people learn, adapt, build trust, and process change, enabling human-centered, relational support that honors individual and cultural lived experiences.

Our Story

What began as a community action project focused on awareness, consensus-building, and resource sharing grew into C.O.R.E. Collective.
Through collaboration, education, and community engagement, we partnered with local organizations and institutions. Today, that foundation drives how we build bridges, address inequities, and create opportunities for accessible support and sustainable change.

Join C.O.R.E. Collective Thursday April 24th at the NIU Convocation Center for the Local Showcase, a free community event that brings together local businesses, organizations, and neighbors for an evening of connection, discovery, and shared community presence.
